Hello Soaper friends!
I am beginning a blog linked to Designer Soap Tools because I think it is a great way to get your feedback, share ideas, recipes, problem solving...
I also plan on sharing my soaping adventures, my thoughts and my rising ideas!
Here you will find videos and pictures of soapers using products from Designer Soap Tools!
I will also keep you updated with new products that are being created and developped!
This week I am making new stamps! I did a quick test yesterday, it is not a perfect picture but I am just so excited to share these stamps!
These stamps will all be added to the webstore!
It really is amazing the transformation of a simple soap to a fancy stamped soap! I am loving it!
The fleur-de-lis was stamped with gold mica.
I first stamped the soap, and then I brushed some gold mica (with a nylon paint brush) on the stamping area and I restamped the soap placing the stamp back very carefully in the stamped area. I then cleaned the extra gold mica off with a dry napkin!
The elephant stamp are 2 different stamps, I stamped both elephants on one side just to see how it looked. Pretty cool! I think this stamp would look awesome on an activated charcoal soap, maybe painting the stamp gold or white to make a contrast!
I would love to have some feedback! Or maybe new stamp ideas? I really am having fun making the origami style animals!
My next stamps are going to be a little bit different, but also a style that I find beautiful! Next week I will share my ideas :)
Take care Soaper friends,
